The staff were helpful, at least, but the rooms felt gloomy and humid, weren't in good condition, and weren't very clean. We had booked three nights and left after the first. The price is too high for what you get. A broken, dirty jacuzzi in the room doesn't make this a hotel spa. If you can, cancel!

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was even a cigarette butt on the sink. When we complained, they offered a "quick" cleaning. At check-in, the staff weren't helpful and didn't handle things like at a normal hotel. We got a remote with no cover and a blanket, but no bath towels. Nobody showed us to the room or gave us an inventory of its amenities. It was a terrible experience from the start.

The hotel itself is okay for the price, which makes the staff situation a shame. They were rude and unprofessional, and weren't even at reception. Awful service.

There's no elevator and no customer service. The place mixes newer common rooms with motel rooms, so be careful if you're traveling with family. We rented five rooms, and the one assigned to an 80-year-old religious man had a ceiling mirror and other motel-style features. It was embarrassing when he first walked in, even though they moved him afterward. For a night alone or as a couple, it may be fine.
