What keeps bringing me back to Provenza Party lofts is how close it is to everything. La Provenza is just a couple of minutes away on foot, and bars, restaurants, shops, and other attractions are all walkable. The rooms are cleaned and looked after every day. The staff are friendly and attentive, and Wilson especially went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.
I’ll definitely come back. The service was excellent, and everyone, from guest services to the room staff, was so helpful.
The people here were friendly and easy to talk to, and the place itself was roomy, clean, and in a great spot. I’ll be back.
The bathroom party lights are such a vibe. The spot in poblado is great for walking around, and the staff were really friendly, even greeting me in English. Thanks, Juliana and Lexy!
Those larger rooms with a jacuzzi in the living room are so much fun. I love staying here when I come to Medellin, and the customer service is always top notch. Everyone’s friendly and ready to help.
