The welcome at reception was warm, and they dealt with any questions, concerns, or problems right away. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Some staff spoke English, and when they didn't, Spanglish and a translator app worked well. I love this hotel and would stay here again.

The location, views, room service, and everyone who works here made our time in Medellin wonderful, from arrival to departure. My wife and I had a perfect stay. This is the best hotel/suites in Medellin, and whenever I return, I'll stay here without looking at other options.

Sindy and the other restaurant staff are consistently attentive and hospitable, and the team throughout the hotel is terrific. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. It's a very nice suite hotel in a great location, with the city's largest mall nearby, lots of terrific restaurants, and a spot that feels among the safest in the city.

I'm from Surinam, and the calentado brought back memories of my youth. I was so pleased to have it. Manuel and Sebastian (yesterday) did everything they could to make us happy. Thank you! 👏🏼

The food is great, and breakfast is the best. Staff are really nice and super polite. Our suites are clean and roomy, with a little kitchen and a big living room. Loving this place 😊
