Location is the only reason I’d stay here. We were there January 6-10 with two friends, including Brendan Slattery, whose review the owner says is from someone who never stayed. The pool was filthy, the upstairs AC didn’t work, and the floors were filthy. Our bare feet were black after the first day, and there were no bed sheets. At checkout they tried to charge my friend 100,000 pesos because of a bit of dirt on the sheets. I’m pretty sure they don’t wash them; I saw them just rearranging the sheets before we left. This place could be better. The owner should improve it instead of saying people are lying in reviews.

I’d give this place zero if I could. It was noisy, and the staff were rude from the reservation onward. I have the emails and messages to prove it. I’ll never stay here again. It’s a low class place. If you’re from the USA, stay away, since there are much better options. Check the older reviews yourself for reports of no hot water and people locked in their rooms.

This felt like a complete scam. The place was dirty, the towels were ripped, and the AC was broken. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free.

Don’t stay here. It’s filthy, most things are broken, and traffic from the main road right beside it makes it really loud. The bed sheets weren’t cleaned either. Disgusting.
