The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I especially loved The Lounge, where Adonis took wonderful care of us. He remembered our names each evening and even our favorite drinks, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Adonis!

After a long workday, unwinding with a glass of wine and a “mil hojas” was lovely. Adonis at the lounge on the 11th floor was especially thoughtful, always smiling and attentive, and making sure I felt well looked after. The location is wonderful too, and both the food and staff show real care for guests.

Breakfast was impressive, with a big buffet and eggs cooked to order. Adonis in the lounge was so friendly and helpful, and he remembered our names and what we liked to drink. I had a great experience here.

The buffet was the best we’ve ever had anywhere, with fresh, delicious food and a great selection. Laura made the stay especially welcoming. She was kind, attentive, and helpful throughout, and her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. The Marriott in Medellín is a beautiful hotel, with elegant modern renovations, spotless spaces, excellent service throughout, and rooms that are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We’re very grateful for our stay and would highly recommend it.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I’d gladly recommend it. My stay was from Friday to Sunday, December 5-7 at the Marriott Medellin, and two team members made a real difference. In the restaurant, Jonas was friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to making guests happy. Jeremias from the Front of House team was professional, warm, and attentive to details from the moment we arrived. They both represent Marriott’s standards so well that they deserve priority for advancement if they want to grow within the company. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
