It was peaceful compared with hostels, since there weren’t many backpackers coming and going. The rooms were tidy and well kept, with TVs, storage furniture, and strong fans. They generally stayed cool even without AC. The bathrooms were nice and had toiletries and towels. There’s a cozy common area with a TV, porch furniture, and a small soaking pool. The pool was drained during our stay, but it didn’t spoil the experience. Staff were kind and attentive, and although none spoke English, they were happy to use translation apps. Construction next door caused some noise, but that should be temporary. I had a good stay and would recommend it for a peaceful visit.

The room didn’t feel properly clean when I arrived. There were stains on the toilet, hair on the floor, and the sheets looked patchy. The staff weren’t very friendly, so I felt uneasy and not well looked after. The wood in the room also looked sponged.

Really clean for the price I got through Booking. It’s central enough to walk to Poblado, and the Poblado metro is about eight minutes away.
