Even after you provide a passport copy and pay, they'll lock you inside at checkout until they've thoroughly checked the room. Absolutely not recommended.

The breakfast had a great range of fresh food, and the location made it easy to explore the area. My room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole place felt peaceful, elegant, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. Best hotel stay I've ever had.

Angelo was kind, the only good thing about the place. I wouldn't leave a family member here. The rooms aren't fit for sleeping, and the staff are rude, especially the young woman at reception. I've worked in hospitality for four years, and I don't think she's suited to the job.

The staff were very friendly during our stay, but the manager made the experience uncomfortable. We were told our pet deposit would be returned right away, yet she kept us waiting almost 40 minutes. It felt like she was doing it reluctantly just to waste our time. She also spoke rudely to the receptionist about an audio recording while we were standing there. That was inappropriate.
