We spent New Year’s on the balcony of our Deluxe Suite on the 10th floor, watching fireworks and raising a toast. The room was spotless and had a sitting area, walk-in closet, kitchenette, and a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable. There was some traffic noise, but my husband sleeps heavily and I always bring silicone earplugs, so it wasn’t an issue. The hotel’s central location was fantastic. A shortcut leads to Oviedo mall, a huge place with a lovely range of shops and services. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with hot and cold options and excellent coffee. The 15th-floor bar and its view were a nice extra. The small gym was the one thing I didn’t love: only one treadmill worked, there were no towels, and the dumbbell selection was small. Many thanks to the kind, professional staff who made us feel at home.

The room had a lovely terrace and an incredible view, plus a comfortable bed and a great hot shower. The location was great, and the staff were helpful with wonderful service.

The views were amazing, and breakfast was fantastic. My room was cleaned every morning, and the employees were professional and friendly. Super clean place, very nice. I’ll stay here again.

A great hotel in a wonderful location, close to lots of things to do, with a nice room and fantastic service. I’d give it five stars if the WiFi worked everywhere inside the hotel.

Be careful, they overcharged me for a buffet for children, even though children under 10 eat free. The front office confirmed this afterward. They didn’t give me an invoice either. When I raised the issue with the manager Lorena, she offered explanations that made no sense and seemed to be covering for her team’s mistake.
