Just average.

We were only passing through for one night, worn out and unfamiliar with the area, so we picked this place because it looked cozy and suitable for sleeping based on some reviews. I wish we'd chosen differently. We did find another hotel, but the owner's poor management made this a terrible experience and cost us practically a whole day of a long trip. Our booking was made through eDreams and confirmed by Expedia, so that part was in order. At the hotel, though, they said those platforms "hadn't paid them" and insisted they preferred cash, telling us we could sort out a refund ourselves. It obviously wasn't as straightforward as they made it sound. They then suggested booking through Airbnb. I did that to get in, but after that came a string of excuses: the booking hadn't arrived, there were errors, something was wrong. In the end, they said they'd arrange another refund, this time for card payments. It seems they only care about cash. Why use booking platforms if they won't or don't know how to manage them? They just pass the problem along. The worst part was how they treated my parents, like immigrants just because they were passing through. I'm Colombian and live in Spain, and seeing my parents, who aren't from here, treated that way was disgusting. This was never about the money. It was about service, handling things properly, and offering a solution that makes a guest feel looked after. Those are basic things for any accommodation. The host shown on the Airbnb app is Marlyn, in the attached photo. I mention it because the hotel refused to give me names or an email address, which eDreams and Expedia need to process a complaint. My parents did stay and pay in cash, not because that was right, but because they're kind people, exhausted after a very long day of travel and unable to keep searching for somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The management was terrible, the service unacceptable, and we were left completely helpless.

Really good service. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
