Breakfast was gourmet, with a local touch and loads of fresh fruit. The staff are always ready to help and make your stay memorable. The location makes it easy to get around on foot or by car, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything else close by. It's a great spot for a hotel, and you can enjoy ciclovia every Sunday. Can't wait to come back!

The view from the 14th floor is beautiful, where both the lobby and breakfast are served. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and two large shopping malls five minutes away on foot, in a safe area. My room had plenty of space and a mini fridge, and everything I needed to feel comfortable. I stayed two nights and everything else was good. Front desk staff were professional and friendly, and breakfast had both hot and cold food. The coffee was the one downside. Colombia is known for some of the world's best coffee, so this should be improved. There's a lovely coffee place around the corner, though. I'd definitely return for the location.

The staff are rude and unprofessional, and seem not to know the hotel policies. Their customer service skills are very poor, especially Mariela, the manager. It's scary that Hilton has someone like that managing a hotel.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were outstanding. I loved having a healthy buffet breakfast included every morning, with plenty to choose from. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it 👌
