Staff were lovely and helpful, and the location is pretty good. We used the Airport Shuttle for 35,000 COP. It was on time, the ride took 45 minutes, and the driver was very friendly. The hotel is quite old and the rooms need renovation, so that's why I gave it these stars. Still, it's decent value for a very short stay. We had warm water.

There's no elevator, but the clean rooms have everything you need to rest. The restaurant is very appealing, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff were attentive and very friendly. In the city center and good value for money, it made for a very pleasant stay. I'd recommend it for business trips.

The staff gave excellent service, and breakfast was delicious. Our room's air conditioning was really noisy, but everything else was great.
