My mom was the one traveling, and I booked her stay through Expedia. I called the hotel several times to arrange payment, and they told me to wait until at least a week before her arrival. I followed that advice, paid through the link they sent, then checked with the "customer service" Ayenda offers. They said everything was fine. But when my mom arrived a few days later, reception said they hadn't received the payment. I had already spent time calling, confirming with customer service, and doing everything they asked as a customer. The hotel took no responsibility and said I had to pay again or my mom would have to leave. I was furious. The owner was the only person who helped me a little, and that was understandable, but I don't recommend this hotel at all. They treat you horribly, there's no hot water, and a taxi called from the hotel costs more because the hotel keeps a percentage. My worst hotel experience.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive, and the bed was comfortable. But the room had no windows, and there was hair on the pillow, which stood out since I'm bald. Water leaked out of the shower and pooled across the bathroom, and we could hear the staff making quite a bit of noise in the hallway. The area seems dangerous. The airport is very close, but walking there isn't practical, and an Uber to it costs almost as much as one from the city center.

I'm a repeat guest and have stayed here more than six times. It's very close to the Cúcuta airport, the rooms are clean and have what you need, and it feels safe. The staff are friendly. I recommend it.

Since it's practically next to Cúcuta Airport, the location works perfectly for people traveling through there. I stayed on October 23, 2024, and found the rooms very clean, with spotless linens and high-standard interiors. The only things missing for me were a restaurant and ice for guests. Keep up the good work, and congratulations.

Getting around is easy, and there are places nearby for safe parking, food, drinks, and clubs. The rooms are nice, the service is excellent, and it's only two minutes from the airport. 100% recommended.
