We liked having a courtyard where the car could be parked securely, and that will matter when we visit again. The pool was great for cooling off, and the attached restaurant is large with a great menu. Breakfast included eggs cooked your way or a ham and cheese omelet, fruit, areapa or toast, juice, and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our clean colonial-style room had a balcony. It was on the third floor, with a queen bed, A/C, desk, chair, shelves, TV with several channels, and good internet. The hotel is near the central commercial district, with lots of shops and restaurants. The lobby and poolside patio are small but usable. The one downside was the thin, hard mattress. We could feel the base underneath, as other guests have mentioned. Recommended, all things considered.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were able to park our motorcycles securely under cover. We had a longer stay, and the room was comfortable and clean, with good wifi and air conditioning. Hot water was hit or miss. The area is nice and walkable, the pool looked very clean, and breakfast was nice. The main issue was how much street noise came through in a room on that side of the building. If you can, get one farther back.

Rain came through the roof and soaked my bed. I told the front desk, but they didn’t really do much. The customer service was good, but the experience was horrible.
