The cats at the property are adorable, and the flowers, pool, cabanas, and hammock area make it a wonderfully relaxing spot. You can take in views of the canyon and Barichara city. I’d definitely recommend it for a getaway when visiting barichara.

We stayed in the “dome” and loved it. It got a little warm during the day, and a small hole in the roof let some water in overnight, but neither was a big deal. At night, you can sit and watch the sky, and there’s also a place to make a fire. The pool was nice, especially traveling with a child, though it was a little dirty. We were there outside the high season and had the place to ourselves. The scenery is stunning, with mountains, vegetation, and a beautiful mix of colors. The staff were really friendly, and the food was nice in a lovely setting. This was one of our favorite places in all Colombia, a paradise!

We stayed two nights and realized that wasn’t enough. Barichara is only 1.5km away if you want a busier scene, but we loved resting here among the landscape, listening to nature, and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. The hosts were available to help with whatever we needed to make our stay in the beautiful tents pleasant. We’ll definitely return.

I had an amazing time in this peaceful, beautiful cabaña. The staff were very friendly, and I even made a new car friend :) I’d highly recommend it and will come back.
