A wonderful place, the best of Barichara!

It was so close to perfect.

The cabins are spectacular, easily 10/10. They’ve thought of every detail, with all the amenities, a kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and comfortable bedrooms. The hosts are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended, and we want to return soon.

From the moment we walked in, this cozy house felt like home. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, lots of lovely corners to admire, and the pets, Canela, Mougli, Terri, and Miró, make it feel even more welcoming. Stella and Charly put so much love into the gardens and make you feel like family. Each room has its own character and their personal touch. The view of Barichara is splendid, and with luck you may get a breathtaking starry sky. #CasaZuasinca sits just outside town, about a 10-minute drive away. Parts of the road are paved and others aren’t, but it’s in good condition. The owners have done excellent work on the road to the hostel, with no help from the local government. It’s #PetFriendly, so you can bring your pets. They’re very conscious of the environment. Since there’s no running water, which they explain when you arrive, they ask guests to conserve water and ideally not drink it, so bring your own drinking water. Breakfast is included, made by Stella and Charly, and it’s delicious. Saying goodbye was the hardest part. It was time for our #Zuasinca and to return to reality.
