The pool was nice, and this is probably the best hotel in town, but it was a strange stay. The staff were rude and intrusive, and there was no breakfast for two days, only on my last day. The hotel's restaurant has been closed for almost a year, so when I ordered food, delivery brought two outrageously priced hamburgers. I couldn't put the charge on my room bill, and the delivery guy hovered around like a vulture until I left everything and went to my room to get my wallet. Embarrassing and unnecessary. There was no hot water in the shower, which is typical for Colombia outside big cities. I'm in Colombia every month and am used to nicer places.

I moved to another hotel after 36 hours because the noise in this part of town never let up, day or night, and was even worse at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
