I worked from home here and the internet stayed reliable, at 15-20 mb up and down. The best thing about the place is Natalia, the landlady. She’s super accommodating and quick to respond when you need anything. The studio apartments are clean and comfortable, each with a small balcony and a view. You also get a free cleaning once a month and access to the washer and dryer. I’d recommend checking this place out if you want to live in Laureles.

Laureles is one of Medellin’s best areas, and this building is peaceful while still just a few steps from La 70 and everything there. The apartment has everything you need, including Netflix, Amazon Prime for movies, and good Wi-Fi. The place is impeccably clean, and they clean your space for free once a month. I have to say, the host was one of the most attentive and gracious I’ve ever had.

The owners are friendly and on site, and the place is clean and safe. Natalia is the best, she treats you like family. I highly recommend staying there.
