4/10
For a business trip, it might be fine, but I wouldn't book it again for a vacation like ours. The room was clean, and the location between Poblado and the metro was ideal. But it got no daylight: there was a window, though the next building's wall blocked it. At checkout we were asked to pay for things we hadn't used, and the first night had been charged without my knowing. Breakfast was below average to me. At other hotels I've stayed in, eggs were made fresh, but not here. In our opinion, the staff weren't dedicated.

The rooms were clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. They had whatever we needed ready right away, which was great.

10/10
The rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. It's close to Zona Rosa, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs nearby.

8/10
The Wi-Fi was somewhere between weak and mediocre. The hotel itself was good, but the laundry service cost a hefty amount.

The suites were comfortable and the location was great, but there wasn't any entertainment.
