8.8/10
6/10
Most of the staff made an effort to be welcoming and helpful, though one person had a real attitude problem. The Wi-Fi kept having issues, and most people said they’d restart it, but that never fixed anything. Eventually someone I took to be the manager got a “technician” to restart the hallway booster by hand, and that solved it.
6/10
Breakfast was good and included, and the place was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, the food is expensive, and there’s no gym.
8/10
The room was comfortable and the staff were really kind. It gets pretty noisy, but it was okay. Laundry service is quite expensive.
8/10
The bathroom could’ve been a bit bigger, says this big Dutchie. Otherwise, a nice, clean hotel with no bugs.
6/10
The rooms are nice, though breakfast service needs some improvement.
