The room had several things that need attention: the furniture needs remodeling, the TV picture was distorted and we had to call staff to fix it, the curtain didn’t cover the whole window, the sink was missing its drain cover, and the air conditioner was pretty noisy even though it cooled the room. Still, everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the hotel has parking and an elevator. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Our guests had great things to say about the food at our wedding reception at Hotel Vizcaya. I really appreciated the service and support, especially Paola’s kind help while we planned such an important event. Thank you, highly recommended.
