Our room had plenty of space, with a big closet, cabinet, small kitchen, microwave, AC and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel feels modern and well cared for, which makes sense since it has only been open for two years. Parking is easy to get into, though getting out felt awkward at first and took some getting used to. A luggage cart would make carrying bags upstairs easier. We were staying several days, but the hot water worked only about half the time. The mattress protector was stained when we arrived; the hotel changed it within two hours. One night, another guest was drunk, making noise and waking people up. I’d suggest that management include at least 1.5 liters of water per guest, as many hotels I’ve visited do. If they’re concerned about contamination from plastic bottles, filters in the shared areas would let people fill their own containers. There’s also a D1 store about a block and a half away where visitors can buy bottled water.

I stayed for three weeks and really liked the room, the facilities and the hotel staff. It’s in a central spot that works well for exploring the city. The only thing that put a dent in my impression was the bed: it was listed as king size, but at 1.90 m tall I found it a bit short. Still, I had a great stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, though I could hear TVs from other rooms. It’s close to points of interest, but the busy intersection can be bothersome if your room faces outside. The parking entrance may also be awkward with a large vehicle.

The rooms and location are very good, and the place feels welcoming. This was our second stay. Last time, visiting hours caused no trouble, but this time the receptionist wouldn’t let a family member come up to our room even briefly, despite our explaining it would only be a few minutes. It was the afternoon, and I found the rule a bit ridiculous. We’ve never run into this at another hotel.
