The place is comfortable, but the receptionist needs to be friendlier and provide better customer service. Maybe it was only that one day, but the night and early morning staff spoke very harshly, argued with each other, and shouted a lot. It kept us awake at night and needs to improve.

The staff were very attentive, but getting there was a real ordeal. Ayenda has the wrong coordinates for the place, and our GPS took us far from the actual address, right onto a bridge, before announcing, “you have arrived at your destination.” It was especially difficult in a city we were visiting for the first time.

The listing is on despegar.com, but when you arrive they say they aren’t affiliated with the site. It feels like a scam. You’re left without a reservation, and the price isn’t even what the website advertised.

I keep coming back because the location is central and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
