The balcony floor gets dangerously slippery when wet. Two people fell while coming out of the hot top, and one was an 80 year old woman who broke two ribs. Hotel management did nothing, not even sending an ambulance.

Everyone on staff is welcoming and always ready to help, and the service is great. The restaurant, though, feels overpriced in general, especially since the food is just okay, not great.

The rooms are tidy and well kept, and the staff are helpful. Irotama also has a large beach you can reach directly, several different restaurants, and an amazing breakfast. It’s a great place to spend a vacation.
