The room was clean apart from some leaves, but the toilet had a leak. Breakfast was basic, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working during my stay. It's fine for one night, though I’d pick another hotel next time.

We couldn't sleep because the rooms had no soundproofing, and the staff wouldn't move us or refund a night when we left a day early. The rooms are old, there's no hot water or Wi-Fi, and the location wasn't good. Staff were unfriendly and didn't speak English. We paid a really high price during carneval, which made the stay even more frustrating. I've tried contacting the hotel several times, with no reply to me or to agoda. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The rooms are really beautiful and comfortable, and the staff are professional. The chief and his wife are nice and friendly too. I liked staying here, and if they had another hotel somewhere else in the world, I’d go there.

We had everything we needed, and the staff were great. The rooms and location were excellent.

A small, simple hotel with friendly staff. It felt secure and was a bargain.
