We ended up leaving two days early and getting our money back through Airbnb, which meant missing the carnival. The manager never answered despite repeated calls from guests, and the problems weren't fixed. When we stayed in February 2023, construction was still unfinished, there was no water, and the front door wouldn't shut. It seemed like it could be a good budget option during carnival, but I can't recommend it. It also goes by several names, Travel Go, Hotel Barranquilla, Plaza Dijathi, and B&B Xclusive. That last name is misleading since there's no breakfast and nothing exclusive about the place.
