I was there for three weeks, and the place stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. The amenities and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff clearly care about guests. Mr. Amaury was warm and professional from the moment I arrived, always attentive and ready to help. Mrs. Leidy also deserves a special thank you for looking after my special diet with such care and kindness. It made a big difference. I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

This was my second stay, and the people are what stand out most. María is so warm and charming, and goes out of her way to make sure you’re looked after. Jonathan and Alvaro make the pool and bar experience a great one, and their drinks are the best. Amaury, one of the porters, greets you with a huge smile and is incredibly kind and helpful. Already looking forward to coming back!

You can see all the way to the ocean from the stunning pool. The workout room could use a few more machines, but otherwise this is a spectacular hotel. The restaurant staff were welcoming and great with customer service, and the food was very good. The rooms are clean, with nice amenities, a comfortable bed, and good lighting.

Just checked in, and so far the first impression is fantastic. The hotel looks tidy, clean, and well cared for. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, and got me through check-in quickly and easily. Excited for the stay!

The rooftop pool and bar are lovely, and the views are too. As an American tourist, I found the staff very helpful. There’s a police station right across the street, and the hotel points out where it’s safe to go jogging.
