Hotel Estelar En Alto Prado

The team was great, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The location, room, gym, spa, and breakfast were all great, and the staff were excellent.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh, and well organized, and the hotel was clean with a generally safe atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly, and self-parking was easy and convenient. Those positives outweighed my concerns, though there’s room to improve security and soundproofing. One day my room key stopped working. At the desk, they reactivated it without checking my name or asking for ID, which made me uneasy as a woman. I think they should be more careful when granting room access. I could also hear noise from neighboring rooms through the fairly thin walls. That may come with a large hotel, but it’s still something to know about.

The staff were really nice, and the breakfast was great. The pool is small, but it does the job. Restaurants and a mall are nearby, and tourist attractions are a reasonable taxi ride away. I’d definitely come back.

The service, location, and staff were excellent. They’re renovating part of the building, though, and the rest of it could use some care.
