The room is roomy and modern, but the mattress is uncomfortable, and the bathroom is in poor shape. The shower glass, faucet, and sink were dirty, as were the walls and the stained entrance door. The towels were extremely stained or dirty, I’m not sure which, and the breakfast choices were limited. They couldn’t even cook eggs properly. For 300,000 pesos a night, the customer service was terrible. Cleanliness and service matter, and a hotel in this category should inspect the rooms every day, from the towels to the sheets. These things need attention and make a real difference. Have a good day.

A clean room and facilities that seem new made this a good stopover. The staff were very attentive, too. I was feeling unwell, and they helped me get a soda and some medicine, even though it was early in the morning.

It felt quiet and safe, and the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The bathroom partitions were awful, and there was a leak in the room. I’d suggest better cleaning and private parking.

A comfortable hotel at an affordable price. It’s quite far from Salgar, so you need your own transportation, but the visit is worth it.
