The location was good, but the service was mediocre and the room felt dirty. Long hairs covered the sheets; we asked for a change, but the replacement had the same problem, with a clump of hair. When we complained, they said it was hair from the cleaning staff. The towel was frayed, the room didn’t smell clean, and the bathroom trash can was dirty. Noise from reception added to it, the TV was broken and pixelated, and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t wait for morning. A truly bad experience.
