Cannatel Exclusive Hotel

We had a great room and no trouble with bugs. The pool never got heated, and the food was only somewhat decent. Still, I’d give the stay 4.9/5, and I’d definitely come back. They just need to brush up on a few things.

The staff went way above and beyond, and the hotel had so much space. Our son could run around the beautiful gardens, the pool was big and lovely, and they got the Jaquusii warm for us at a moment’s notice. We had amazing drinks and food, too. My husband had his birthday while we were there, and they helped arrange a decorated breakfast table with balloons and special decor. We stayed in the presidential suite for two nights, and it was amazing: plenty of room, a living room with a stocked fridge and everything we needed, a beautiful bathroom with a great shower and constant hot water, a comfortable king-size bed, another twin bed, and clean sheets and towels. Chef Mike made delicious dishes, including Churrasco with tender, tasty meat, salmon with mash potatoes, chicharon, Cebishe, and other appetizers. He also made special dishes for my son that weren’t on the menu and went out of his way to make sure he had the special milk he needed. Big thanks to Mike, the waitresses, and all the staff. We can’t wait to return. I found the hotel on Tik tok, and the good reviews convinced me to try it. My husband and I travel with our kids at least four times a year. We live in New York and have family in Colombia. It was my first time in Armenia, and it’s such a lovely city. Our hotel stay made the trip 100 times better. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

David, the owner, was always around to make sure we were having a great stay, and you could feel how much he cares in all the details. The team created a warm family feeling in a luxurious setting, and the whole experience was comfortable and welcoming. We highly recommend Cannatel Exclusive Hotel, though you won’t want to leave! They reached out a week before we arrived to make check-in easy, then greeted us with a refreshing cocktail and a personal tour of the property. The amenities were top-notch: we enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor movie nights, and the Restaurant chef’s food felt like a five-star meal. When we had an early pickup, they even prepared fresh coffee and sandwiches for us. From the first day, our experience at Cannatel Exclusive Hotel was amazing.

A quiet place to stay while exploring the coffee country, with good food and gorgeous grounds. The staff were amazing, responsive, attentive, friendly, and accommodating.
