Four Points By Sheraton Barranquilla

Breakfast was the real standout, fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. It’s easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, and totally worth it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and actually quiet, which was a welcome surprise. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. This place gets it right if you want comfort, good service, and a morning meal you’ll look forward to.

The Sheraton was warm and incredibly accommodating when my family spent entire afternoons with me. I also took an online Zoom class set in NYC and stayed connected flawlessly the whole time. I made use of the WiFi, pool, bar, gym, bedroom safe, wake-up calls, breakfast buffet, dinner menu, cab service, parking, and guest services. The luxury bedrooms, incredibly comfortable bathrooms, cleaning service, counter service, and kitchen and staff service all made for an enjoyable stay. It’s in a neighborhood with beautiful restaurants and all kinds of gastronomy.

A pretty, clean, and tidy place. The service could be better, but it’s still a pretty good spot overall.

Everyone at the hotel was kind and positive, especially our housekeeper on the 1st floor, Marie Luz. She even gave my toddler son a car toy, which made him so happy! My family stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with lots of choices, including traditional options like soup, rice, meats, and sweets, as well as natural juices and fruit. The hotel was very clean, the beds were great, the showers had good water pressure, and there’s a pool on the roof and free parking downstairs. I have no real complaints, though a bigger gym might be nice. It’s not a big deal, and we’ll definitely be back.
