The one good thing was the freshly made breakfast, and most of the staff were friendly. Beyond that, I was very disappointed and wouldn't stay here again. I was there for a week, and had to ask them to change the bed sheets; otherwise, they wouldn't have changed them. The bedroom and bathroom were both tiny. Whenever I went out to buy something, the air conditioning would be off when I got back, and the room took a couple of hours to feel comfortable again. For just a few dollars more, I could have stayed at a much better hotel with a pool in a better neighborhood. Don't waste your money here.

My husband had booked, and I was traveling with our two kids. They were going to put us in two separate rooms. How did they expect me to leave my boys alone in another room in a different country? There was no air conditioning, and in Colombia you need it. We ended up renting a better hotel, and never got reimbursed for this one.
