I’ve stayed here for many years, and the hotel always meets my expectations. Every worker makes my family and me feel special. Roberto in the restaurant, Alan at the front desk, and Enrique, who handles security, all took good care of us during our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, and thanks to the whole team.

Paula handled our reservations and arranged an early check-in when an emergency came up. The hotel accommodated us so well and looked after everything we needed throughout the stay. We had an incredible time, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in Baranquilla.

The hotel’s location is great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The service, though, is ghastly. Be careful about leaving a credit card guarantee, because the experience can turn bad very quickly.

The room was great, the workers were all friendly, breakfast was good, and the view from the room was awesome. My one disappointment was the beautiful rooftop pool closing at 6pm. I don’t know if that’s normal there, but I was in town for international business and could only get to the pool after work, when it was already closing. That kept me from giving it five stars. It’s a really nice hotel and I’d recommend it.
