The neighborhood isn't the best, honestly, so I’d take a taxi or Uber in and out rather than walk around. They help arrange transportation, and the taxi prices are fair. The staff were lovely and helpful. They even gave me Agua de Panela, which was delicious. The price was good for what you get. The hotel seems fairly new, the room was in good shape, Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and breakfast with Colombian coffee was included. Shampoo, soap, and a towel were provided too. The bed was a bit stiff, and there was no hot water, though in Barranquilla's humid weather I didn't really need it.

The rooms were clean and had hot water. You can barely spot the place from the street, and there’s basement parking.

The facilities were good, though we ran into an issue connecting the TV to the internet.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the reception staff were wonderful. Breakfast service, though, was awful. It was incredibly slow, nobody was friendly, and the women had a terrible attitude. I have to stress how bad the restaurant service was.
