The location is nice and the views are good, but service was terrible. It took far too long to get the rooms cleaned, organized, and handed over. The water kept going out, and nobody gave us an answer or offered a discount. During our four-day stay, water was available for only a few hours each day. I wouldn't recommend it for a large group trip.

We needed to stay in that area, so it was an okay option for that purpose. The room was simple, and with cold, rainy weather we couldn't use the pool. In the evenings, food was delivery only. For a double room, though, the COP 130k I paid didn't feel worthwhile.

Whenever I take my employees on vacation, this is my favorite place. We travel all the way from New York to stay here. The views are amazing and so are the people. Ask for Pao when you arrive, she'll hook you up!
