Hotel Casa Nico

Breakfast was good, though the eggs were made the same way every day. The room itself was small, and there was no fridge. There were only two outlets, one in the bathroom and one tucked under the TV stand. The bathroom didn't have even a little shelf or cabinet for soap. On Sunday night, after dinner, we got back at 8:30 and they practically wouldn't open the door for us. The only staff member who was friendly was the man who checked us in on Saturday.

The location was good, and coffee and water were available around the clock. The man working the afternoon shift was friendly and attentive whenever something came up. The breakfast was average, though, and the air conditioning was old and weak. With such spacious rooms, it didn't cool the whole room. On Saturday they started the washing machine at 7 in the morning. The noise was unbearable until it stopped at 9, and I couldn't understand why they had to disturb everyone so early. The receptionist was very polite, but had a pretentious manner and a bad attitude. She could use a customer service course.

The night receptionist, Mr. [Name], was really kind. I stayed four days and found the place comfortable, with delicious breakfast. My only suggestion is that the daytime receptionist could be a little friendlier.

I liked how quiet the area was, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the Buenavista Shopping Center.
