The service was good, and the rooms were excellent. A good spot if you want to rest.

Good value for the money, right in central Barranquilla. There are lots of homeless people in the area, though, and walking around at night feels unsafe. Best to use a rideshare app or other transport that drops you at the hotel.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. They give you a password, but it’s useless, and staff say there’s nothing they can do. Meals come from a nearby restaurant and are literally a kilo of rice with each one. The hotel has around seven floors and no elevator, so there are a lot of stairs. The location is awful, far from everything and in what feels like the worst part of Barranquilla. There are too many homeless people around morning and night, and you can't even walk outside without getting robbed. The staff are generally okay, but one woman at reception is incredibly rude and hysterical.

The location is the one drawback. It's downtown in a commercial area, and once everything closes at night, it's hard to get out and see the city. The Atlantic Museum is directly across the street, though. The rooms are comfortable, and some on the third floor have a lovely view. The receptionist and the helpful lady both gave fantastic service. I'd definitely come back.
