The breakfast was very poor, with no choice, and there was only cold water. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room, so we had to ask for them. The floor and everything else was dusty and dirty, the bed linen was terrible quality, and much of the furniture was broken or damaged. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at while traveling in Colombia, and in my travels generally. I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially since I work in the same field, but this place needs huge improvements.

I had a hard time communicating with the staff, and I asked for a refund. I did get it. The rooms are tiny and really gross inside. I almost threw up when I saw mine. This hotel was a nightmare. If you're from the States, be warned: it feels more like a cheap motel for locals.

We planned to stay just one night, then decided to make it two. The rooms are fine, breakfast is great, and the place is budget friendly. The staff are wonderful, too, did I mention that?

We booked a room on booking.com for the weekend of March 25-27, but they canceled it 48 hours before, saying there was an electricity problem. We tried to talk to them and got no response. Now they're offering the same booking for four times the price. Be careful, they seem like con artists.

The pool was dirty, there was no hot water, and the water handle was broken. They don't let you use towels at the pool. If you use them and leave them even a little dirty, they charge far too much.
