Hotel Estefanía Princess 84

Good value for a good room. The air conditioning works and everything else was fine. Customer service was good, and the location is good too. The common areas and hallways get pretty hot because they don't have air conditioning.

We rented the place for a whole month, and everything was broken, from the bathroom not working to the stove that wouldn't turn on. The furniture was broken too. The owner knew from the start and promised to fix things, but nothing ever happened. It was a disgrace, and I honestly don't recommend it.

I spent ten (10) days there in January 2025, and it was a complete mess. The room we first got smelled terribly musty, so we asked to move. The next room had a broken bathroom door and smelled bad too. Then they put us on the second floor, where the room looked like a charity home and the curtains were torn. They don't clean every day, and they don't offer refunds, so you're left having to put up with it.

For what you pay, the room and service are fair. But there was a lot of loose hair on the bed and in the bathroom, so cleanliness needs a bit of work.
