The sheets were dirty and the shower water wouldn't drain. Staff were unfriendly, they quoted a higher price than the booking showed, and card payment wasn't possible. I'd stay away.

We had a reservation but were still turned away. They don't work with Booking.com anymore, yet their website is still up and lets you book. Outrageous.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice rooms and good bathrooms. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the service is very good. There's a restaurant on site too. At a very good price, it's a great place to relax in Barranquilla.
