We had a comfortable bed and a nice amount of space. They brought us a microwave to use during our stay, and the AC worked well, though it had a slight moldy smell. The gym is across the street at another hotel, and the terrace pools are only open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-6pm. You can walk to the other hotel to get to éxito and other malls.

The food and staff were unmatched, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. I’m coming back here whenever I’m in Cali Colombia. Definitely recommend it if you want peace of mind and a great breakfast every day. ❤️🇨🇴

The property felt neglected and urgently in need of maintenance. Rooms are worn, bathrooms have mold, and the air conditioning doesn’t work properly. Maintenance service is inadequate, and towels are often missing for guests.

The location is excellent, right across from a large shopping mall with lots of options, and there’s security at the entrance. Breakfast was very good, and the attendants were kind. Staff service was courteous, though some things fell short, like replacing the room towels. I also had to pay a considerable amount for early check-in, and only got it with a room upgrade.

Late checkout was a big help, and I appreciated how willing the hotel was to sort out misunderstandings and special requests. The included breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, with food kept available. My room at Hotel Spirito in Cali was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay.
