We had a great stay. The kitchen worked well for us, and the room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. With the windows open you can hear the street, though it wasn't too bothersome. The shower had no hot water.

The location was good and the apartment was relatively clean, but it didn't look like the photos we had seen. The building was under construction, with all sorts of noise from 8 to 5. If you need to work in the apartment, be aware the internet is down most of the time.

Right in the heart of downtown Cali, the flat was nice and had a cool feel. Across the street there's a very old church, and inside you can see many old fresco paintings.

I missed having an elevator and a way to buzz open the downstairs door, and there was no hot water. Most of the staff were friendly. One guy seemed convinced he was never wrong and always blamed someone else.

I canceled early after someone came into the place while we were still inside. It was very dirty, with cockroaches, and it was obvious cleaning wasn't done often. The area felt ugly and unsafe. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
