Make sure you read the fine print, all 427 words of it, or it could cost you a lot of money!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I found them a good place to relax. The staff were attentive and ready to help, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. I had a delightful stay and would gladly come back and recommend it.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the air conditioning was switched off, and the service was poor. When I complained, they acted as if they hadn’t heard me. The breakfast was mediocre, and the room was crawling with cockroaches. Disgusting. Just a shabby, ordinary hotel.

The rooms were comfortable, and the service was warm. After trying many hotels in Barranquilla, I’m planning to make this one my home from now on. The historic center is right nearby, with everything close at hand.
