It feels like a house turned into a hotel, with a very narrow entrance and three flights of stairs to climb since there’s no elevator. Parking is always full, so it’s impossible to park. The whole place is filthy, damp, and run-down, and the beds are rock hard with plastic that squeaks whenever you move. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The location made things easy, with shopping centers and supermarkets nearby. I also found the rooms comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Service was excellent, so it worked really well for a family stay.

We were a group of 51, and our accommodations were changed three times before the price went up. When we arrived, there was no usable water, just a trickle from elevated tanks that supposedly didn't work, so we couldn't shower. We were meant to get five accommodations with mattresses, but ended up with 14 mattresses instead. The worst experience in Barranquilla was at HOTEL SAN FRANCISCO IN

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole place felt pleasant and tidy. I really liked the service.

The air conditioner was completely useless. The room has no window and gets really hot. They said they offer a fan, but when I left this morning it was colder outside.
