I felt right at home during carnival, and had the absolute best time. The staff were so generous and caring, and looked out for me a lot. Thank you so much for everything 🙏❤️

The manager was dishonest, and the hotel was unclean. My room felt worse than a prison cell, and the location was terrible. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I found the place very comfortable, with excellent, responsible service. The central location is great.

We arrived for a one-night double-room booking made through Hotels.com, but the owner refused to let us stay unless we paid five times the price. Staff said the hotel doesn't work with booking websites and that reservations are normally made by phone. They also said this had happened several times before. We didn't stay, and the whole experience was unpleasant. We had linked a credit card to the Hotels.com booking, so be aware if you book through that or another booking site.

I left my suitcase behind, and several things were missing when I came back. Nobody took responsibility. The service was very bad.
