The price and comfort are good, but customer service and attention were lacking. I had a large suitcase, and there was no elevator. Nobody from the staff helped me carry it.

The restaurant was the only one in the hotel, but getting food took half an hour. When I asked for dinner at 7 pm, nothing was available, and breakfast was limited to chicken empanadas and blackberry juice. The staff were friendly, though they seemed lazy, and the mattresses were incredibly hard. The service was terrible. I can't recommend the place at all; it's the worst.

We were 43 people staying there, and there was a marijuana smell; we could also hear people having sex. In apartment 411, the toilet wouldn't flush. We asked for help, and all they did was give us a trash can. They charged us to clean two rooms, so we paid for one room and then had to pay to clean two sheets and a super filthy pillow. It wasn't a pleasant stay. I think the problem was negligence from the people responsible for looking after the place, not a mistake by the owner.

The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent.
