For the price, it's a nice place compared with other options. It works well if you're just passing through, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

I'm having a bad experience here, and now I need to find somewhere else to stay.

I arrived for work late in the evening, well after check-in time, and the room smelled strongly of mildew. Both beds were dirty and had black hairs on them. I honestly won't come back, and I definitely can't recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable and in a great area, near a lovely park, shops, and places to eat.

I booked on January 8th for Carnival, but when I got in touch a week before the dates to confirm, they said my reservation wasn't in their system. They apologized and explained that the former receptionist had overbooked the rooms and left things in disarray. You can't let operations and responsibilities fall apart when someone resigns. Guests who trusted the hotel with a booking deserve an answer.
