It feels like staying at a good friend's home, with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The inn is well cared for and has enough amenities, though it isn't luxurious. The location is ideal, and I'll definitely return. One thing to know: nearby bars play music you can hear at the hotel, so it's not the best choice for light sleepers, though you can tune it out.

Posada San Martín is just four blocks from the main square, which made getting around very convenient. We had no concerns about cleanliness, and they provided fresh towels and toiletries. The peaceful, welcoming atmosphere worked well for a family visit, and the prices were reasonable. We also enjoyed the American breakfasts, available for an extra 5,000 pesos, which were great to share. The service was excellent.

It's an inexpensive, clean and welcoming place, and very close to both the plaza and the Church of Carmen. Just be aware that the bar next door gets quite loud with music on weekend nights.

The woman who runs this lovely, peaceful inn is super friendly. The rooms are comfortable too.
