The cabin was quiet, and Jaime, his brother, and his son were kind and attentive the whole time. It’s a basic place, but that’s part of staying in Barú. There’s just one shared bathroom, very simple, with no shower or hot water, though it was always clean. I’d definitely come back.

The owner is always there when you need them and is such a sweetheart. It’s a lovely part of Baru, close to places to eat and dance, and a good spot to relax during the day. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Jaime and his brother Osvaldo gave excellent service and charged good prices. When we had a reservation problem, they were generous enough to lend us a phone and let us use their facilities.

Jaime is sincere and very friendly, and his service is excellent. It’s the best place to stay in Baru if you don’t want to worry about prices.
