The rooms are spacious, with AC, a fridge, and TV. It’s a bit dated but clean, and the staff were great. Breakfast could use a little more fruit.

They ran out of water twice, so there was no toilet or shower. They said we could get hot water if we bought coffee, then told us they couldn’t make any. When we asked for our money back, they wouldn’t refund us and said to ask again in the morning.

The rooms are simple and comfortable, and the location is very good, close to the waterfront. But the service left a lot to be desired because information wasn’t clear. They charge extra for time after checkout, but nobody explained that when we checked in. When we asked Martha, who seems to be the manager, she spoke to us disrespectfully, as if we were trying to be clever. We had checked in with her, and she was the one who hadn’t explained the policy. I’m very unhappy about the experience.

It was quiet and good for relaxing, and close to both the beach and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly, and they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. Excellent service.
